Pilates uses a combination of approximately 50 simple, repetitive exercises to create muscular exertion. Vinyasa yoga is a creative form of (Hatha) Yoga where poses are linked together with the breath in a flowing sequence. The beauty of Vinyasa yoga is the variety.

30% of total amount agreed for all classes booked


Less than 48 hrs prior to first class:

50 % cancellation fee of total amount for all classes booked.

100 % cancellation fee of total amount for all classes booked.
